Return Policy

Please do not have p.o.p. delivered to an address where it will be exposed to direct sun, rain, or other detrimental elements. It should not sit in a warm temperature or a moist environment. Having said all that, we want you to be 100% happy with your order; please contact us within 7 days of receipt if it does not meet your expectations for refund or replacement. Always keep p.o.p. candy in a cool, dry place, and enjoy it as soon as possible (we recommend within 2 weeks is best). Never refrigerate or store it in a sealed container. Fresh is always best!
